Elysee Condo Tower, Edgewater’s Tallest Building Tops off at 57 Stories
Elysee Condo Tower, the tallest building in Edgewater Miami just topped off construction at 57 stories high and 649 feet tall. The waterfront Elysee Miami Condo Tower built by Two Roads Development at 788 NE 23rd St is scheduled for completion in 2020.
Designed by Arquitectonica’s architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, Elysee’s multi-layered veneer enables the structure to get more extensive as it gets taller. The structure overlooks Biscayne Bay and sits only north of downtown Miami. Elysee units for sale are priced from about $1.8 million to north of $10 million. The 100 half-floor and full-floor condominiums extend from three-to six-bedrooms in the range of 2,200 and 6,000 square feet in size, as per a public statement by developer.
The lobby level will incorporate a lounge and a waterfront pool, while the seventh-floor amenity level will be loaded with a hotel size “sunset” lap pool, a wellness focus gym and yoga studio, a spa with private sauna, steam and back rub rooms, a blow-dry bar and a den. In July, a 11,600-square-foot, three-story penthouse sold for $12.8 million denoting the most significant price paid for an apartment penthouse in the Edgewater Market.
