Miami Beach is getting a brand new condo building called 57 Ocean. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for April 4, the developers announced yesterday in a press release. A $3 million sales gallery also recently opened.
The 18-story tower will incorporate 81 units running in cost from $1.5 million to $31 million. A more seasoned townhouse building, the Marlborough House, was acquired and destroyed to clear a path for the new venture. Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management, possessed by Brazilian very rich person José Isaac Peres, is the engineer.
Miami’s Arquitectonica is the engineer of 57 Ocean. Inside structure is by Brazilian draftsman and fashioner Patricia Anastassiadis, of Anastassiadis Arquitetos. Fortune Development Sales is taking care of offers and promoting.
