Urbanica Management finished a collection in Edgewater where the organization is wanting to fabricate a 220-room lodging. Urbanica Management, drove by Charlie Porchetto and Diego Colmenero, paid $7.3 million for the neighboring parcels at 3023 Biscayne Boulevard and 3030 Northeast Fourth Avenue, adding to the land it gained in October at 3200 Biscayne Boulevard $7.95 million.
Coldwell Banker’s Rosy Cancela spoke to the vender, Biscayne Edge Inc., just as the purchaser. Biscayne Edge, constrained by Alberto Mariano Erviti and Caridad Crispina Gonzalez, paid $5.9 million of every 2015 for the two parcels, which incorporate El Otro Tiesto, a Dominican-Japanese eatery. The designer intends to get things started on the lodging this year. The venture will have around 5,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor and a 7,000-square-foot housetop bar and excitement space, Porchetto said a year ago.
