The 60-story Paramount Miami Worldcenter was completed last month, and the first condo sales began showing in official county records last week. Hundreds of new residents will soon begin moving into the 700-foot tower, which includes 569 residential condos. Buyers from 56 countries around the world have contracts to buy over $500 million worth of units.
Eight deeds have been recorded as of today. Pictures from the inside have additionally now begun showing up via web-based networking media, demonstrating the finished normal territories and units. One picture shows a seventh floor studio, with a tree at the inside and a cascade.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter was promoted as having the “most amenities on the planet.” There are more than 40, including a boxing ring, soccer pitch, recording studio, indoor ball court, and tennis courts.
