Mill Creek Residential shut on an improvement site in Edgewater where it’s wanting to fabricate Modera Biscayne Bay, a $120 million blended use loft tower.
Solidarity on the Bay Church sold its 2-section of land site at 411 Northeast 21st Street and will move in the not so distant future, as per a discharge from Greenberg Traurig. Investors Ryan D. Bailine and Gavin M. Loughlin, alongside Marina I. Ross and Ethan B. Wasserman, Eric Fisher, Michael J. Larson and Marissa A. Neufeld of Greenberg, spoke to Mill Creek. Mill Creek intends to get things started on Modera Biscayne Bay in the main portion of this current year. The 28-story building will have 296 lofts, 11,000 square feet of retail space, and an eight-story parking structure. It was planned by Corwil Architects. The undertaking will likewise have a pool deck on the 28th floor, indoor and open air pools, wellness focus, hound park, pet spa, business focus, theater room and parlor.
