One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid First Look After Completion
The developers of One Thousand Museum have finally revealed the photos of the inside finished tower for the first time. Zaha Hadid planned the residential luxury condo tower in Downtown Miami, making it the first and only residential tower designed by Zaha Hadid in the Western Hemisphere. (Hadid was partly a Miami inhabitant, and took her last breath at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2016).
Property records show that at 50 units have already closed out of the total 84 luxury residences available in the One Thousand Museum. Entry price for the remaining units for sale at the One Thousand Museum start at $5 million and range up to $25 million. The 62-story condo tower has been perceived as one of the world’s most testing building ventures with its novel architectural feats and design curves. The structure’s shell expense alone is $70 per square foot, twofold what an ordinary structure would cost, as per the WSJ. Absolute hard development cost are assessed at around $300 million.
Every interior door has custom-designed handles by Ms. Hadid, and the unique engineering created sweeping interior spaces. Extraordinary amenities offer a bespoke lifestyle tailored to each resident, from the five-star spa with customized personal training to the indoor and outdoor pools, the private lounge offering aperitifs, and of course the rooftop helipad.
